
I have recently written a lot of article about why 2010 is the time to buy property for sale in Spain and Costa Blanca. It is also clear to see most people still think the market is going to fall further which is clearly not the case especially on properties in excess of €300,000 so I thought id turn the question round and ask you the potential future customers for Costa Blanca propertry what are you going to do if you miss the boat.
We have had quite a few clients who missed out on their first choice property in the last year and now find themselves having to pay 10,000 plus for a similar unit in the same development and as you can appreciate they cant bring themselves to do it.
So If you leave it to 2011 and you have to pay more for the same Costa Blanca property and working on the basis that the Euro exchange rate stays level what will you do? Will you walk away from Costa Blanca completely or will you bring yourself to pay the extra and just say “I made a bad call and just have to pay for it”
Obviously waiting for the next recession isn’t really an option and once prices start to rise in Costa Blanca they are unlikely to be coming down anytime soon.
